Singapore Delivery

• We are happy to offer free local registered normal mail (SmartPac) via SingPost for orders above SGD50.00  Once an order is on its way, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number.  Orders placed over the weekend and on public holidays will be posted on the next working day.  Estimated 5-7 business days (excluding processing time which will take at least one working day).

• Please note delivery is unavailable to P.O.Box or APO/FPO addresses, hotels and restricted areas.

• Delivery for orders below SGD50.00, a flat rate of SGD3.00 local registered normal mail (SmartPac) via SingPost.​

We ship international orders via SingPost registered post and a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with a tracking number once an order is on its way.  Please note that we do not ship on weekends and public holidays.

Expedited shipping for ready stocked items

 

If you need to expedite your shipping, do email us at enquiries@gracejodie.com.  We'll respond within 24 hours.  Note that your order has to be in before 11 am (GMT +8) for us to proceed with next day express delivery.  Express orders made after 11 am (GMT +8) will only be processed the next business day.  Additional charges apply according to the destination.

Your item/s will be packed and shipped within 48 hours upon successful payment and  a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Expedited shipping for Pre-order items

For customers who choose expedited shipping for pre-order items, please email us here. please note that the expedited shipping timeline begins once the pre-ordered item is available and ready to ship. This means that while the shipping method is expedited, the overall delivery time may still be subject to the pre-order item's production and availability schedule.

We will make every effort to expedite the shipping process once the pre-order item is in stock, but we appreciate your understanding that certain factors, such as production delays, may affect the final delivery date. Thank you for your patience and support.
